From outside the United States and Canada, send e-mail to bloombergbooks@ordering.com. Customer Care will respond to your e-mail within twenty-four hours. Or you can fax your query to 802-864-9846.
Hours of Service Effective 10/13/08: Customer Care Center services are available each day starting at 9:00 a.m. EST through 11:00 p.m. EST. These services include live telephone support, specifically customer service and telephone ordering inside the United States.

Placing an Order
How do I place an order? Browse through our store and select the books you would like to order, or enter the title, author, or topic you are looking for in the search box on the Home Page.
After reviewing the item information, click the Add to Cart button to add the book to your shopping cart. From here, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
When you have finished shopping and are ready to check out, you will have the option of creating an account (registering), which will eliminate having to reenter your name and address information the next time you order a book from us. If you do not wish to register, proceed to checkout.
When ready to check out, enter your information and click Submit Information. Your order will be sent and processed within forty-eight hours of receipt at the warehouse unless there is a problem authorizing your credit card.
For customer service purposes, it is very important to supply a correct and active e-mail address and phone number. Failure to do so may delay fulfillment of your order if there is a problem.
How do I pay for my order? Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted for online, telephone, fax, and mail orders. Money orders and checks are accepted for phone and mail orders. Books will not be shipped until credit card payment is processed or check and money order is received.
Is it safe to use my credit card online? This site features online ordering on a secure server to ensure your privacy, protection, and peace of mind. All information transmitted between you and the server while you are at the checkout is encrypted for your protection. Your credit card information is stored in a secure database, not on the Web server or with your registration information.
Will I be paying sales tax? U.S. residents of all states except New Hampshire, Delaware, Montana, and Oregon will pay sales tax.
International customers will pay directly to FedEx the applicable tax and duty as a separate fee, in order to clear customs upon your shipment's arrival. Please contact your local FedEx office for information about tax and duty rates on book shipments to your country.

When will I receive confirmation of my order? You will receive a confirmation that your order has been received via the e-mail address you provided. When your item ships from the distribution center, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent. At that time, your credit card will be charged.
Shipping an Order
How long will it take for me to receive my order? Orders will ship usually within forty-eight hours of order receipt, depending on the availability of your ordered items. See shipping charges to determine approximate number of days for each shipping method.
If same-day shipment is requested, orders received by 2:00 p.m. EST will ship that day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the next business day.
What shipping options do I have? We offer a variety of regular and expedited shipping methods. The following are the different courier services that we use:
Domestic: UPS Ground, FedEx Two-Day Delivery, FedEx Three-Day Delivery, and FedEx Next-Day Delivery.
International: FedEx
How much will shipping cost? Please review shipping charges before submitting your order at checkout. Charges are subject to change.
Will I be charged more if some of the items I ordered are back-ordered and need to be shipped separately? No, shipping costs are based on the total number of items per order, regardless of whether the order has to be shipped in one package or multiple packages. Back orders will ship within forty-eight hours after receipt of inventory.
Return Policy
What is your return policy? A replacement order, required due to your receipt of an inaccurate shipment or a shipment damaged in transit, will be rushed to ship the same day if we are notified by 2:00 p.m. EST, otherwise it will ship the next day. In this case, all shipping, processing, and return charges will be waived. You are not required to return the damaged or inaccurate shipment.
Returns and Receipts: If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, a full refund will be provided (less shipping and handling) as long as such return is made within ninety days of receipt. Please note that shipping and handling will be charged for refused shipments; international customers will be charged for customs fees both entering and exiting your country on refused shipments. Also note that returns and refunds only for items purchased on this site can be processed.
How do I return an item? Simply send the item(s) back within ninety days of receipt to receive your refund. Your return will be processed within five business days of receipt.
Please allow fifteen business days after the package has been received for your item(s) to be credited to your credit card.
A couple of tips when returning items: Insure your package! If it is lost or damaged on the way, you can still get your money back from the shipping company. If at all possible, include the packing slip or original invoice with your return, using the return label provided, to expedite your credit. If not, include your name, address, and phone number as they appeared on the original order and the item(s) you are returning.

If I return an item, will I be credited the shipping cost? No, the credit received on the returned item will not include shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item due to our mistake, your shipping cost will also be credited to your account.
Bulk Orders
Does Bloomberg Press accept bulk orders? Bloomberg Press offers bulk discounts starting at 10 copies of a single title. The discounting works off the retail price of the book.
